Service standards

We recognise our value to residents needs to be about more than providing affordable housing of a high quality.

We are committed and passionate about providing a responsive and customer focussed service that continually meets the expectations of our residents and various partner organisations.

In our Resident Satisfaction Survey in November 2014, 94% of tenants stated they were satisfied with the quality of customer care.

We aim to improve this level of satisfaction and a priority in our Strategic Plan for 2016 is developing a new customer care standard.
