The Co-operative has been working with our subsidiary Moriehall Housing Association to produce a feasibility study into how new housing could be built in Kildermorie to replace any properties that may be demolished.

We have received written approval to build the first 70 homes for rent in the Kildermorie area.

Over the coming months we will be looking at the rehousing opportunities for those in the first two demolition areas, therefore if you live in the address below please ensure that you return the application forms requested.
