Easthall Park Housing Co-operative is a fully mutual organisation, owned and controlled by tenants, situated in Easterhouse, Glasgow.
We are based in the Glenburn Centre, Easthall, Easterhouse. The Glenburn Centre is a multi-purpose community facility. Our housing services are managed and co-ordinated from the Centre, as well as the provision of a community café, IT suite, games hall and office accommodation for local businesses.
Easthall Park was formed in 1992 and has always defined itself as being more than a housing provider, delivering a wide range of vital housing and community services.
Since our formation, the organisation has progressively increased in size through new build developments and successful stock transfers.
Our housing stock presently consists of 695 rented properties and we provide a factoring service to 55 owners.
Over the years we have developed a proven track record in improving the quality and increasing the availability of affordable housing, providing housing services valued by our residents and co-ordinating the delivery of a wide range of community development activities.
We passionately believe our continued success is based on effective collaboration: developing and maintaining effective partnerships with staff, tenants and the many volunteers who comprise our management committee and support our community development activities.
In 2013, we were very proud that our work and purpose was recognised with the Chartered Institute of Housing and Inside Housing UK small landlord of the year award.
This was followed up with the 2015 Housing Excellence Award in which the Co-operative won the accolade of Small Social Landlord of the Year.
In 2017 (our 25th anniversary) we were awarded Scotland's Best Employer Award under the not for profit category.
