Kenny Mollins, Interim Director

Kenny Mollins DirectorKenny’s role as Interim Director is to lead the staff team to meet the expectations of the Management Committee, with the aim to continually improve our business and provide good outcomes for our tenants, owner-occupiers and other customers in the Co-operative’s  work and services.

Kenny has over 30 years’ experience in the housing sector, where he has held the lead officer roles of Director / Chief Executive for over 10 years in community based housing associations.  He has a wealth of experience and an impressive track of achievement in governance, housing services and community regeneration.

Kenny’s qualifications include the Diploma in Housing, Certificate in Governance and a Strategic Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Malcolm Finnie, Temp Maintenance Manager

During his career Malcolm has worked in the public sector, the private sector and the voluntary sector. In the private sector Malcolm has held a number of senior management positions with a number of FTSE 100 construction and support services companies. In the voluntary sector Malcolm has been part of senior management teams in large and medium sized housing organisations.

Malcolm has worked both in the UK and abroad in such diverse places as Ascension Island, Falkland Islands, Belize, the middle and far east.

When not at work Malcolm lives on and manages a small sheep farm.

Sharon Flynn, Housing Manager

Sharon FlynnSharon was appointed in March 2021 bringing over 30 years’ experience in social housing. As Housing Manager, Sharon will generally not deal with day to day tenancy matters; however, will be out and about in the estate meeting tenants with the main focus of work being responsible for managing the housing staff and co-ordinating the delivery of effective and responsive front-line services. Sharon will lead and coach staff to ensure that services meet our customers’ expectations and will work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the housing strategic direction and organisational development.

Anila Ali, Governance & Business Improvement Manager

Anila Ali, Governance & Business Improvement ManagerAnila joined Easthall Park in January 2022 to lead the new Business Improvement function.  Anila brings with her over 10 years’ operational experience in the social housing sector, and extensive strategic level experience as a Board Member of RSLs and as a Director of a subsidiary.  Working closely with the Management Committee and as part of the Senior Management Team, Anila will be directly involved in leading the business in the areas of Governance, ICT, Health & Safety and service improvement. 

Anila is a Chartered Member of CIH and holds a postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies.

Stephanie Conway, Customer Service Assistant

Stephanie ConwayStephanie, joined the team in September 2021 as our Customer Assistant. She is the first point of call when either visiting the office or calling us. Stephanie is working with us part time on a temporary basis and is enjoying learning new aspects of working for the community. In her role she will handle your initial enquiry including assessing if the call needs to be passed to the Assistant Housing Officer. Stephanie lives locally and has worked in the Glenburn Centre for a year or so and has fitted well into the team.

Blair Halliday, Housing Officer

Blair HallidayBlair joined the team in December 2020, as Assistant Housing Officer and then became Housing Officer in April 2021. His principal duties involve managing rent arrears cases;
charge tenant repairs; homeless referrals; medical adaptations; as well as assisting new applicants apply for housing. Blair has previous experience of working with a community-based landlord in the role of Assistant Housing Officer in Drumchapel.

Shirley Jackson, Housing Officer

Shirley JacksonShirley joined the team in September 2019. She brings with her a wide range of housing experience spanning over 20yrs. Shirley is responsible for managing all arrear cases over £500, managing void properties, letting houses & Anti social behaviour complaints. She is also in direct contact with all tenants and customers providing key advice and housing options to help find a solution to their housing needs. Shirley also prepares monthly and quarterly reports for the Housing Manager and EHP Management Committee.

Lorraine Docherty, Housing Assistant (part-time)

Lorraine DochertyLorraine joined the team in 2018 and is our part time Housing Assistant and can be found out in the estate checking on the condition of gardens and closes as well as dealing with housing application enquires. Lorraine has over 30 years’ experience working within Glasgow City Council, latterly within the homeless section. Lorraine works a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Eddie Murdoch, Employability & Personal Development Officer

Eddie MurdochEddie joined the team in February 2021 to work in a new post created to support local people. His role involves supporting people to develop their skills and work experience, access training opportunities and find and sustain employment. This involves working with other agencies and partner organisations to develop more opportunities. Eddie has been employed in community work in the Greater Easterhouse area since 2008.

Nikkita Smith, Business Improvement Officer

Nikkita Smith StaffNikkita has been employed with Easthall Park since 2008. Nikkita’ s primary focus is to assist provide advice and support to all departments on how we can better utilise our IT systems and continue to modernise the way we deliver our services to our community. Nikkita’ s duties and responsibilities are all geared towards Easthall Park delivering the best customer service experience possible whilst assisting the business meet its obligations as a community focused landlord.

Morven Gourlay, Property Services Officer

Morven GourlayMorven has been at Easthall since 2016 Morven has previously worked for a Local Authority Housing Services department. Morven’s duties include helping to deliver the and planned repairs programmes. Morven is also responsible for Health and Safety administration.

Chato Chilambwe, Maintenance Assistant

Chato ChilambweChato joined Easthall Park in December 2020 as Maintenance Assistant, she joins with 12 years’ experience of working in the housing sector. She has been greatly enjoying her role getting to know some of the residents as she assists with repairs enquiries.
Chato is looking forward to settling into her role over the coming months.

Kevin Gallacher, Finance Officer

Kevin GallacherKevin’s joined us in 2013. His role involves supporting the Finance Manager establish effective systems for financial planning and control. Kevin is a graduate in business studies. Kevin has finance experience both within a commercial and social landlord environment

Chloe Cuthill, Finance Assistant

Chloe CuthillChloe has been part of the team since 2012 firstly joining as a modern apprentice trainee then securing full time employment in 2014 as our Receptionist/Clerical Assistant. Chloe is now our Finance Assistant, Chloe is involved in providing administrative support to the Finance Officer and Finance Manager. Chloe also has a key role dealing with factoring
queries, as well as being an initial contact for general enquiries

Mary Fraser, Support Assistant

Mary FraserMary is the office cleaner and she also works for Easthall Residents Association, our key strategic partner. Mary helps manage the community café and provides help and assistance to the many volunteers that support the Glenburn Centre.

Estates Management Team

At Easthall we have a hard working team of 4 estate caretakers who provide a wide range of outdoor maintenance services, including grass cuttings, hedges, maintain playparks and paths to bins, bulk uplift and more.
