John McMorrow, Director
John was the first employee of Easthall Park and has been the director since the beginning when the Co-operative took over the first properties in 1992.
John’s role is to manage the business on behalf of the Management Committee and ensure the delivery of strategic objectives.
This role involves strategy, governance and business development.
John has over 35 years’ experience of housing within local authorities and registered social landlords.
He has served on various Housing Association Boards throughout the last 30 years and as a statutory appointee on behalf of the Scottish Housing Regulator whilst an employee of Easthall Park.
Joanne Hendry, Finance Manager
Joanne is the manager responsible for overseeing financial planning and control.
Joanne has extensive finance experience withinthe Social Housing sector.
Joanne has a HND in Accountancy and is a part qualified ACCA Accountant.
Claire McGraw, Housing Manager
Claire is responsible for managing the housing management section and co-ordinating the delivery of effective and responsive front-line services.
Claire’s role also involves strategy and organisation development.
Claire has a Masters degree in housing studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Claire current serves on Cadder Housing Association board. This is a voluntary position and is purely a strategic role.
Conall Deveney, Housing Officer
Conall was appointed initially as Housing Assistant in April 2014, before taking the post of Assistant Housing Officer and more latterly Housing Officer.
His role as Housing Officer involves managing rent
payments, letting empty properties and responding to problems of anti-social behaviour. Conall is also a registered first aider for the organisation.
Conall has experience of working with community based landlords and has an undergraduate degree, postgraduate diploma in housing studies, Masters in housing studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Shirley Jackson, Assistant Housing Officer
Shirley joined Easthall Park in September 2019 as Assistant Housing Officer.
Her role is to support Housing Officers and her principal duties involve managing all rent arrears cases under £500, helping applicants apply for housing with us, dealing with charge tenant repars medical adaptations and homeless referrals.
Shirley has experience of working with community based landlords in the role of Housing Officer and as a Housing Assistant. She has previouly worked for Glasgow Housing Association.
Kevin Gallagher, Finance Officer
Kevin’s role of Finance Officer involves supporting the Finance Manager establish effective systems for financial planning and control.
Kevin is a graduate in business studies.
Kevin has finance experience both within a commercial and social landlord environment.
Chloe Cuthill, Finance Assistant
Previously Chloe had been employed at Easthall Park as a modern apprentice trainee.
Chloe secured full time employment in 2014 when she was succesful for the post of Receptionist/Clerical Assistant.
Chloe is now our Finance Assistant, Chloe is involved in providing administrative support to the Finance Officer and Manager.
Chloe also has a key role dealing with factoring queries, as well as being an initial contact for general enquiries.
Bryan McMahon, Maintenance Manager
Bryan’s role of Maintenance Manager involves the management of the maintenance section to ensure we are providing quality homes and local environment. Bryan is responsible for co-ordinating programmed and day-to-day repairs.
Bryan is the principal contact for major repairs such as kitchen renewals and door-entry upgrades.
Bryan is a member of the Institute of Clerk of Works and has a degree with honours in Construction Management and is currently undertaking a masters in law.
Nikkita Smith, Business Improvement Officer
Nikkita has been employed with Easthall Park since 2008, when starting out as a modern apprentice right through to her most recent role as Business Improvement Officer.
Nikkita’ s new role, is a post recently created within the business , with its primary focus to assist Easthall Park deliver improvements to current IT systems and enhance the customer service journey of our residents and partners.
The new role allows for Nikkita to provide advice and support to all departments on how we can better utilise our IT systems and continue to modernise the way we deliver our services to our community. Nikkita’ s duties and responsibilities are all geared towards Easthall Park delivering the best customer service experience possible whilst assisting the business meet its obligations as a community focused landlord.
Nikkita has obtained a HNC in Construction Management.
Morven Gourlay, Property Officer
Morven was appointed to this post in February 2016.
Morven has previously worked for a Local Authority’s Housing Services department.
Morven’s duties include helping to deliver the day-today maintenance service and the cyclical and planned repairs programmes. Morven is also responsible for Health and Safety administration.
Chloe McClure, Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Chloe was appointed as initially as a Modern Apprentice in April 2015.
Following the successful completion of this she was appointed full time as our receptionist/admin assistant.
Chloe's role will be assisting with reception and clerical duties. Chloe has succesfully completed her SVQ3 in Business Admin.
Leigh Marinelli, Welfare Rights Advisor
Leigh carries out the Welfare Rights service with support from Money Matters and has completed her SVQ Level 3 Business and Adminstration.
Leigh was originally appointed as part of the work to provide a community bank and financial inclusion service with financial support from the BIG Lottery.
Once this funding ended Leigh was appointed on a permanent basis by Easthall Park to continue supporting tenants and residents with money issues.
Brooke Alexander, Modern Apprentice
Brooke is employed with us as a Modern Apprentice. Her contract is until 29th May 2020.
Brooke’s role is primarily covering our reception and greeting all customers who contact us. Brooke is the first point of contact and is able to assist with all general enquiries.
Brooke is currently completing an SVQ Level 3 in Business Admin
Lorraine Docherty, Part time Housing Assistant
Lorraine has over 30 years’ experience working within Glasgow City Council.
Latterly within the homeless section.
Lorraine has been appointed here to the role of part-time Housing Assistant.
Lorraine works a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Mary Fraser, Support Assistant
Mary is the office cleaner and she also works for Easthall Residents Association, our key strategic partner.
Mary helps manage the community café and provides help and assistance to the many volunteers that support the Glenburn Centre.
Paul McCue, Clerical Assistant Volunteer
Paul works with us on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Paul assists the Co-operative with such things like; admin duties, opening mail, franking mail, laminating posters, printing, enveloping and photocopying.
