John McMorrow, Director
John was the first employee of Easthall Park and has been the director since the beginning when the Co-operative took over the first properties in 1992.
John’s role is to manage the business on behalf of the Management Committee and ensure the delivery of strategic objectives.
This role involves strategy, governance and business development.
John has over 30 years’ experience of housing within local authorities and registered social landlords.
He has served on various Housing Association Boards throughout the last 30 years whilst an employee of Easthall Park.
Joanne Hendry, Finance Manager
Joanne is the manager responsible for overseeing financial planning and control.
Joanne has extensive finance experience withinthe Social Housing sector.
Joanne has a HND in Accountancy and is a part qualified ACCA Accountant.
Claire McGraw, Housing Manager
Claire is responsible for managing the housing management section and co-ordinating the delivery of effective and responsive front-line services.
Claire’s role also involves strategy and organisation development.
Claire has a Masters degree in housing studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Geraldine Cullen, Housing Officer
Geraldine is a Housing Officer with extensive experience within local authorities and registered social landlords.
Geraldine’s role involves managing rent payments, letting empty properties and responding to problems of anti-social behaviour.
Geraldine has been accredited by Shelter in terms of providing advice on housing law.
Geraldine is Easthall Park’s first aid officer.
Leza Lafferty, Housing Officer
Leza is a Housing Officer with extensive experience within local authorities and registered social landlords.
Leza has gained a with merit post graduate diploma in housing studies.
Leza is part-time and works in the office Tuesday to Friday.
Leza’s role involves managing rent payments, letting empty properties and responding to problems of anti-social behaviour.
Louise McNally, Housing Officer
Louise’s role as Housing Officer involves managing rent payments, letting empty properties and responding to problems of anti-social behaviour.
Louise has a post graduate diploma in housing studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Louise has extensive housing management experience having worked with several housing associations.
Louise works part-time and her hours are Monday-Thursday.
Conall Deveney, Assistant Housing Officer
Conall was appointed to this post in April 2014.
His role involves supporting the Housing Officers to deliver a quality housing management service.
Conall has experience of working with community based landlords and has an undergraduate degree, postgraduate diploma in housing studies, Masters in housing studies and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing
Kevin Gallagher, Finance Officer
Kevin’s role of Finance Officer involves supporting the Finance Manager establish effective systems for financial planning and control.
Kevin is a graduate in business studies.
Kevin has finance experience both within a commercial and social landlord environment.
Chloe Cuthill, Finance Assistant
Previously Chloe had been employed at Easthall Park as a modern apprentice trainee.
Chloe secured full time employment in 2014 when she was succesful for the post of Receptionist/Clerical Assistant.
Chloe is now our Finance Assistant, Chloe is involved in providing administrative support to the Finance Officer and Manager.
Chloe also has a key role dealing with factoring queries, as well as being an initial contact for general enquiries.
Bryan McMahon, Maintenance Manager
Bryan’s role of Maintenance Manager involves the management of the maintenance section to ensure we are providing quality homes and local environment. Bryan is responsible for co-ordinating programmed and day-to-day repairs.
Bryan is the principal contact for major repairs such as kitchen renewals and door-entry upgrades.
Bryan is a member of the Institute of Clerk of Works and has a degree with honours in Construction Management and is currently undertaking a masters in law.
Nikkita Smith, Assistant Maintenance Officer
Nikkita started her career at Easthall Park as a modern apprentice before gaining promotion to her present post of Maintenance Assistant.
Nikkita’s responsibilities include managing day-to-day repairs, environmental management, rechargeable repairs and the annual gas servicing programme.
Nikkita has obtained a HNC in Construction Management.
Morven Gourlay Assistant Maintenance Officer
Morven was appointed to this post in February 2016.
Morven has previously worked for a Local Authority’s Housing Services department.
Morven’s duties include helping to deliver the day-today maintenance service and the cyclical and planned repairs programmes. Morven is also responsible for Health and Safety administration.
Chloe McClure, Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Chloe was appointed as initially as a Modern Apprentice in April 2015.
Following the successful completion of this she was appointed full time as our receptionist/admin assistant.
Chloe's role will be assisting with reception and clerical duties. Chloe has succesfully completed her SVQ3 in Business Admin.
Leigh Marinelli, Welfare Rights Assistant
Leigh carries out the Welfare Rights service with support from Money Matters and has completed her SVQ Level 3 Business and Adminstration.
Leigh was originally appointed as part of the work to provide a community bank and financial inclusion service with financial support from the BIG Lottery.
Once this funding ended Leigh was appointed on a permanent basis by Easthall Park to continue supporting tenants and residents with money issues.
Lorraine Docherty, Clerical Assistant
Lorraine has over 30 years’ experience working within Glasgow City Council.
Latterly within the homeless section.
Lorraine has been appointed here to the role of part-time clerical assistant. This is a temporary role until 31st March 2018.
Lorraine works a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Mary Fraser, Easthall Residents Support Assistant
Mary is a key officer of Easthall Residents Association, our key strategic partner.
Mary helps manage the community café and provides help and assistance to the many volunteers that support the Glenburn Centre.
Paul McCue, Clerical Assistant Volunteer
Paul works with us on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Paul assists the Co-operative with such things like; admin duties, opening mail, franking mail, laminating posters, printing, enveloping and photocopying.
