We are advertising post of Maintenance Assistant to complement our current staffing structure.
We are currently looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated individual who is solution focussed and will use their initiative, experience and skills to help us provide a first-class maintenance service.
You will have experience working in a housing association or co-operative specifically in the maintenance section for the post of Maintenance Assistant and proven excellent customer service skills.
To succeed in this role, you should be confident working within a performance culture where you will be expected to deliver excellent results. You will be a visible, reassuring presence in the community.
The co-operative has historically defined itself as being more than a housing provider, delivering a wide range of social and welfare activities vital to our local community.
