Coranavirus Plans Easthall Park
The Co-operative is planning how it will continue to provide a service to our tenants should the Coranavirus affect our tenants and or staff including any contractors that we currently employ to carry out repairs or other work to tenants homes. We will follow the direction of Health Protection Scotland and you can download a copy of this here.
In the event of a staff member being in contact with anyone who has the virus we will expect that staff member to self-isolate and to work from home.
In the event that there is a large proportion of staff affected we will close the office to visitors and redirect telephones to staff mobiles to deliver our service remotely.
If our contractors have a similar issue we will only undertake emergency appointments and non emergency repairs will be suspended.
If a tenant has self-isolated can you please advise us so that we do not send any contractors or staff to your home until after the self isolation period has ended.
Should a visitor to our Centre display symptoms we will isolate them until such time as they can safely leave the premises and we will arrange a cleaning and disinfection of the areas that they have been in with access refused to these areas until such time as this work has been undertaken.
We will keep this news article updated on a regular basis depending on advice received from Government and the National Health Service.
