The Co-operative is reviewing on a daily basis whether the office should remain open to the public and will follow advice from the Government on this matter.
Even though we will have a limited staff team in the office we are asking if you can to please call the office or email us with any queries or questions you may have rather than call in person if at all possible.
If you have to come to the office we will be expecting all visitors to clean their hands and remain a safe distance from others just in case we have the virus and are unaware of this.
Can we stress that if you or any of your family are experiencing any signs of the virus (persistent cough and or fever) please do not leave your home and advise us if you or any members of your household are self isolating.
If you are self isolating and need our support please call us by telephone on the normal number 0141 781 2277 or email email@example.com to let us know what support you require. This support need not be a housing related issue for example it might be that you are self-isolating and need someone to pick up a prescription or obtain some basic goods and we will try and obtain these for you.
We will not be in a position to come into anyones home that is self isolating however we can drop off things at your front door by appointment only.
The Co-operative prides itself in "Making a Difference to our Community" and we want to do this even in these difficult times.
Do not hesistate to contact us if you need anything.
