At Easthall Park we believe that it is important to give tenants and residents up to date information about our services, our performance and about the decisions we make that affect them. We believe that tenants have the right to be informed, consulted and if they wish, to get involved in influencing decision making.
We have very high level of tenants of satisfaction in how we keep tennats informed (2019 survey) which indicates that 96% of our residents thought that we were good at keeping them informed this is down on the 2016 and 2014 survey of 99% and consistent with the 2012 survey which was 95%.
