At Easthall Park we believe that it is important to give tenants and residents up to date information about our services, our performance and about the decisions we make that affect them. We believe that tenants have the right to be informed, consulted and if they wish, to get involved in influencing decision making.
We were really pleased to learn from our 2016 survey, that 99% of our residents thought that we were good at keeping them informed which is consistent with the 2014 survey and an increase – up from 95% in 2012.
94% said that they thought our newsletters were easy to read, 93.5% found them interesting and 94% felt they were informative.
