Satisfaction Survey

Every two years we carry out a comprehensive satisfaction survey.  This involves employing an external company to conduct face-to-face interviews with at least 40% of our residents. The purpose is to obtain feedback on how we deliver services and identify areas of improvement.  We have changed the time of year we carry out this survey so we are slightly out with our two yearly target however we aim to revert back to this cycle.  This survey is usually carried out in October however we will be conducting during the months of March and early April.

The most recent survey was carried out by Research Resource and was completed in November 2016.  This survey was based on a 40% sample of the 749 properties we own and manage. Accordingly, 277 tenants and 21 owners were interviewed.

We are planning to undertake our next survey during March/early April 2019 and will be issuing a brief to consultants during February 2019.  If you would like to see a specific question asked please contact the office and ask to speak to our Housing Manager Claire McGraw.
