Maintenance Policy Consultation

Easthall Park are holding a drop in session for our Maintenance Policy review on Thursday 18th April from 2pm-4pm at The Glenburn Centre.

The Maintenance Policy covers all aspects of our Repair and Maintenance service; from the different categories of repairs and their target timescales, to tenant alterations and recharges.

Customer Care

Our overall aim is to “make a difference to our Community” and in order to achieve this one of the things we must do is provide excellent customer services. We want to provide a high quality of service to all our customers at all times. Always thinking about you, our customers, and putting you first. To help us do that we have a policy covering our commitments to our customers. A full copy of the policy can be found on our website in the downloads section (Customer Care Standards). We have also created a Customer Service Charter to support this policy. Below are our 5 assurances to all our customers:

We are really keen to hear your views on this charter and policy. In addition to giving us your views on this charter and policy you can help us by letting us know when our service is not as good as you would expect so that we can put things right and take steps to improve. We would also appreciate it if you tell us when you are happy with the service you receive. We are also in the process of creating a customer care panel. This panel will be led by our Housing Manager Claire McGraw and supported by a number of staff from all sections in the office. This panel will meet once a month to review complaints and discuss how we handled them and make any necessary recommendations. This panel will also meet with customers who have recently made a complaint to discuss how they felt we dealt with this. We want to provide you with the best customer care so please let Claire know your thoughts!
