Part-time Maintenance Assistant (Temporary)
Salary Details: EVH Scale Grade
(£20,821 -£23,544 Pro-rata)
Part-time, Temporary Position (12 months)
3 days per
We are currently looking for a hardworking, motivated, dedicated individual who can use their initiative to help us provide a first class maintenance service.
Applicants must have prior knowledge and experience within the repairs & maintenance sector or possess a construction industry trade or professional background.
You will have relevant experience in working in a customer focussed environment
You will assist the current maintenance team deliver a first class service to all our residents by providing technical advice in delivering the repairs and maintenance service.
Easthall Park is a community controlled housing co-operative based in Easterhouse, Glasgow. We currently own 695 rented properties and factor 55 properties.
