Money Advice

We provide all residents with access to a free and confidential money and welfare rights service.  This service provides a comprehensive range of support on personal debt, energy bills and general information and advice as to how to maximise income and minimise debt. For an appointment, please contact the office.

This service has managed to provide support to residents in a huge variety of ways from helping claim benefits, protecting those you already have, appealing benefit decisions, reducing gas and electricity bills and even negotiating with companies that you might owe money to.

Remember this service is free and here to help you.

You can also work out your own benefit entitlement!

If you have access to the internet, there are tools online which can help you work out your benefit entitlement:

http://www.entitledto.co.uk/ gives an approximate indication of benefits you could possibly be entitled to.

https://glasgow.teamnetsol.com/index.jsp shows calculations for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction and you can also claim directly from this link.
