We will recharge for repairs that are the responsibility of the tenant or have arisen due to neglect or misuse by the tenant.
When you report a repair we will try and let you know at the time if it is a rechargeable repair and indicate how much it will cost.
Sometimes, however, it is only once the work is being done that we may identify that it is a rechargeable repair.
If we identify at the outset it will be a rechargeable repair we generally expect the full amount of the total cost to be paid before we would instruct any work to take place.
