Scottish Social Housing Charter

The Scottish Government introduced the Scottish Social Housing Charter, which sets standards of performance for Registered Social Landlords (Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Co-operatives). The Scottish Housing Regulator regulates the Registered Social Landlords with the aim for landlords to continuously improve in their performance to their tenants and other customers.

Residents Panel

The Co-operative has established a Residents Panel made up of tenants and local residents, where we discuss our performance and listen on how members feel we could improve in key areas of our work and service.    If you are interested in getting involved in our Residents Panel and providing your views on our service we would encourage you to contact the office.
