Residents Satisfaction Survey

Every two to three years we carry out a comprehensive resident satisfaction survey.  This involves employing an external company to conduct face-to-face interviews with at least 40% of our residents. The purpose is to obtain feedback on how we deliver services and identify areas of improvement.

The most recent survey was carried out by Research Resource and was completed in March 2019.  This survey was based on a 40% sample of the 695 rented properties. Accordingly, 280 tenants and 14 owners were interviewed (this represents 26%).  We intend to carry out a satisfaction survey in early summer in 2023.
