Association to go on-site with the Veranda Project
The Association has now formally signed the contract to install new verandas to properties in Glenburnie Place, Edderton Place and Wardie Road and the project will go on-site in March 2026.
The new Sunpardise Windoor verandas (pictured below) are very popular in refurbishment projects and new build developments throughout the U.K. This system will upgrade the existing verandas and ventilation systems that have been in disrepair and also provide tenants and owner-occupiers with greater flexibility on how they use their veranda.
The Association’s Director, Kenny Mollins said, ‘We are delighted this contract is now going on site in March 2026 and we can install the new veranda screens to the properties in the Easthall area. We will also take the opportunity to replace the kitchens and install UPVC windows and doors in our tenants’ homes. I would like to thank all our tenants and owner-occupiers for their patience during the delay to get this long awaited project on site and for their engagement in the consultation events to inform the design and colour scheme of the new verandas.
Charlie McKean. McKean Development Ltd said: We are looking forward to working with Easthall Park and their design team and suppliers to install the new verandas and attend to associated works, which will significantly improve the properties in this contract.
The Association’s design team and suppliers in this contract are as listed:
Ø Mast Architects - Architect
Ø Reid Associates - Quantity Surveyors
Ø SunParadise - Manufacturer of the Windoor Veranda System
