New Committee Members Wanted

Easthall Park Housing Co-operative is a community-based landlord that has the purpose of “Making a difference to our community”.  A key organisational value is being “community focused”, this shapes how we proceed with achieving our purpose.

It is really important to us that residents get involved and have their say on the way we do things so that we can meet our goals. By getting involved you can help us

  • make sure our services are delivered well
  • ensure that our rents represent value for money
  • check we are performing well and complying with our regulatory requirements

If you are interested in joining our Management Committee and feel you can ‘make a difference’ we would be delighted to hear from you.  Please contact us at the office, via our website or you can send an email to enquiries@easthallpark.go.uk

1. I don’t think I have the skills needed to join the Committee.

If you live in Easthall or Kildermorie and are aged 18 or over, a tenant and interested in where you live that is all that you need. We are looking for people that want the area to be the best possible place to live.

2. When do you hold your meetings?

We hold our meetings on the last Wednesday of the month (except July & December) from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

3. I want to know more before I apply, how do I do that?

You can download a copy our Committee Handbook (see section getting involved - joining the management committee) or contact the office and we will send you out a copy, this will give you an overview of the work we do.

4. I’m still not sure if I would be able to do this, can you help?

Why not call the office on 0141 781 2277 and speak to Kenny Mollins, Interim Director and we can chat about what is involved?
