Easthall Park Housing Association Pays Tribute to Brian Monaghan
Easthall Park Housing Association is saddened to announce the sudden passing of its estate caretaker, Brian Monaghan.
Brian worked as an estate caretaker in Easthall Park for over 15 years, initially with Jobs and Business Glasgow and then with the Association. Brian was a key member of the estate caretaking team and he took great pride in maintaining the local environment to a high standard.
Brian was a valued colleague and displayed a caring, helpful and suportive approach to his team mates, colleagues and others working and living in the local community. He showed his commitment and passion for his job through his hard work on a daily basis and his ideas to improve the estate caretaking service.
The Association’s Director, Kenny Mollins said,’The Association is in shock and saddened by the news of Brian’s sudden death. Brian was a quiet and unassuming person and was focussed on delivering the best service to the residents of Easthall Park. Brian will be sorely missed by his colleagues and our condolences are to his family and friends at this sad time.”
Brian’s funeral service will be held at Daldowie Crematorium on Friday 15th August 2025 at 1.45p.m.
The Association’s office will close at 12.00p.m. on Friday 15th August 2025 to enable all staff to attend Brian’s funeral.
