Easthall Park Launches its In House Trade Team to Improve the Repair Service!


The Association has undertaken a review of our repairs service and has set-up it’s in house Trade Team to attend to reactive repairs in our tenants’ homes.  

The new initiative to improve our repairs service has seen the recruitment of a Joiner, David Allan and Plumber, Chris Reilly within the Trade Team.

 David Stewart, Maintenance Manager said, ‘Our repair service will be delivered by our new Trade Team complemented by our network of contractors.  We are delighted to have appointed David and Chris who are experienced tradesmen to work in our Trade Team.  We aim to improve our performance and tenants’ satisfaction with our repairs service through improved communication with tenants and response times to complete repairs on time”.

The Association’s Chairperson, Paul Waddell said, “The Association has experienced challenges in the delivery of our repairs in recent years, where our performance and tenant satisfaction are below the expectations of the Management Committee.  We are delighted to have established our own Trade Team and to take control of our repairs service to deliver a local, responsive and high quality service, which we are confident will improve our repairs service.
