The Association Appoints a New Maintenance Officer

The Association Appoints a New Maintenance Officer

The Association has appointed Barry McLauchlan to replace Stevie McCrory as the Association’s Maintenance Officer.

Stevie

Stevie recently submitted his resignation to take early retirement and move abroad to live.  The Maintenance Manager, Graeme McLachlan said, ‘Stevie excelled in the Maintenance Officer’s role and through his personable and supportive approach he had an excellent relationship with our tenants to attend to their maintenance issues.  He successfully attended to many long-standing maintenance issues and was a key player in the development of our new Trade Team, which has significantly improved our repairs service in the last year.  We all wish Stevie a happy and healthy retirement in his new life in the sun.’

Barry

Our new Maintenance Officer is Barry McLauchlan. Barry is a joiner to trade with extensive experience in the provision of maintenance services in the public and private sectors.  Graeme further stated, ‘We are delighted to have appointed Barry, who like Stevie has a trade background and a wealth of experience in the delivery of the maintenance service he can bring to the Association. Barry has a keen eye for detail and is customer focused. I’m sure Barry will be an asset to the Association as we seek to further improve our repairs service.’
