Maintenance Co-ordinator

EVH Grade 6 - £34,745 - £37,984

 

We wish to recruit a temporary Maintenance Co-ordinator to attend to administrative duties to ensure the delivery of a high quality and responsive repairs service through our network of contractors and our new in-house Trade Team.   

 

Easthall Park Housing Association is situated in the north-east of Glasgow in Easterhouse and we own and manage 694 properties of mixed stock type.

 

Details of the Post:

 

The successful candidate will manage landlord safety to ensure tenants’ homes are well maintained and administer re-active, cyclical and planned major repairs and void works.

 

You should possess relevant experience in repairs administration and a customer service environment and be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills to successfully engage with colleagues, tenants, customers and other agencies.   You should be committed to our values, and be able to organise your work to meet organisational targets and personal goals.
