Finance Officer

 

EVH Grade 7 (£42,707- £46,895)

Permanent, 35 hours per week



Easthall Park Housing Association is a community-based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow.  We own 694 properties and provide a factoring management service to 54 owner-occupiers.

 

We wish to recruit a Finance Officer to attend to financial, accounting and administration in the finance function. 

 

You should possess relevant accountancy qualification and be experienced in operational finance and accounting tasks including payment of invoices, reconciliations, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and administration associated with internal and external audits.  You will assist the Head of Finance & Corporate Services with the annual budget, monthly management accounts, and financial projections and plans.

 

You should be proficient in the use of office ICT and accounting software systems; possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and be highly motivated and committed to excel in the role.
